Our rugs are handcrafted in Morocco by skilled artisans. Because many of our products are handmade or custom-made, processing and production times may vary depending on the size, design, and specifications of your order.

Processing & Production Time

Ready-to-Ship Rugs

Products that are available and ready to ship are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom-Made Rugs

For custom-made rugs, the production time generally takes between 4 and 6 weeks, depending on:

Customer specifications
Handmade production process

Since each rug is handmade by Moroccan artisans, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the authentic handmade nature of our products.

Shipping to the United States

We ship our Moroccan rugs from Morocco to customers across the United States.

Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, we use reliable international shipping carriers to deliver your order safely.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number whenever available so you can follow your package.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All our rugs are handmade and shipped internationally from Morocco.

Depending on the destination and applicable regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges requested by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

AMZAL LTD does not control customs policies or import charges.

Shipping Address

P.O. Boxes
